Resources and Tools
I thought it would be useful to create a resource page that you can always come to for all of your passive income needs. I will be adding to it as I find more links or products of value for those who follow me. These are all products that I personally use to run my business (some I don’t but still recommend as options) and that’s why I’m sharing them with you. I recommend bookmarking the page for your reference and convenience as I continue to update. Thanks for visiting!
Disclosure: Please note that some of the links below are affiliate links, and at no additional cost to you, I might earn a commission if you decide to make a purchase. Please understand I use or have used, reviewed most of the products and I recommend them because they are helpful and useful, not because of the small commissions I make if you decide to purchase something. Please do not spend any money on these products unless you feel you need them or that they will help you achieve your business or personal goals. Here we go!
ConvertKit – I recently switched from MailChimp to ConvertKit and wrote a post about 3 reason why I made the switch. I think you should consider the switch too if you are serious about building your business with email.
Premium WordPress Themes:
LeadPages – The best way to build custom landing pages to promote webinars, create sales pages and more.
Gravity Forms – Hands down the best way build fully functional forms on your website.
Ninja Popups – Powerful tool and only $20 bucks!
HostGator – I host this website and all my clients sites using a HostGator Reseller Account. I have always been happy with their customer service and my site has always been up except for one time.
Liquid Web – I moved this site and 2 of my business websites to Liquid Web recently. I did this to take advantage of their lightning quick support and fast SSD servers. I have a few bumps but so far the support has been top notch.
GreenHostUSA – I offer WordPress hosting to all my clients through my small hosting company. I create WordPress websites sometimes and I like to be able to offer hosting to make the experience a little more personal for my friends.
BlueHost – I don’t use Bluehost but a lot of people like myself promote them and they are known for great service and low plan prices.
Standup Desk – I bought this desk after having back surgery in October of 2015 and the need to be more healthy.
Macbook Pro – I still like Windows and bought a new Asus Transformer Book Flip for things like writing books and easy to grab and use at a coffee shop. But for more demanding products like creating Udemy courses I went with a Macbook Pro and love it even though I’m still learning.
Blue Yeti Microphone – I bought the Blue Yeti Microphone at a local Best Buy and had considered giving it out as a prize. But I was using the Samson Meteor Mic and wanted something better to continue to make quality courses on Udemy and I have a weekly show on Blab.
Mic Boom – I had to make the setup look professional so I bought the mic boom and have a professional like studio.
Blue Yeti Shockmount
Seagate 2 TB Drive – When running a business it’s important to back up things like files so if your PC were to crash you would have peace of mind with a backup. I like the sleek design of this drive from Seagate and use to to make a backup of my main drive on my Macbook.
